Teller checks her phone while doing a transaction. Just not a pleasant experience.
Poor telephone service
I attempted to cash checks on two occasions which they gave me a very difficult time about. So I went to different area branches both times and conducted my business with no issue. I will not open a BOA account again after I've already experienced their many fees & charges years ago. Truly a corporate bank for municipal or government accts.
The male tellers are very difficult and NOT friendly.
