This office is not a medical practitioner specializing in children; rather it is a pure business office operating with awful customer service. Dr. Perks has no time for her patients with pretty disturbing attitude. I do not recommend it at all.
The receptionist was rude. She gave me the feeling as if I were bothering her, sounding really annoyed; when I was trying to make an appointment. Not nice at all, to someone looking for help.
I’ve been bringing my daughters here for years. Dr. Perks has been nothing but professional, kind, courteous, with an excellent bedside manner. I know that one time my child’s what I thought to be simple illness took much longer and I’m sure she ran behind but I was appreciative that my child’s situation was addressed. Dr. Duffy and the APRN Erin are great as well. The advice nurse has been helpful and always professional. If I had an issue I feel I can discuss it with the provider or manager. It’s easy to complain because most people don’t see the aspect that they are not the only patient who the provider sees. The staff is very kid friendly, And guess what? Medicine is a business!! I have never felt that way at Pedicorp, but then I pay my bills once I receive my explanation of benefits. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to my family and friends.
I am so sorry the person below me had a bad experience here but one bad appointment does NOT spoil the entire practice. I was seen here from birth-19 years old and BOTH of my children are seen here. This is a GREAT place to bring your children. The staff are kind and they work with you if you communicate. There have been plenty of time I was running late and I always call. I have NEVER not been seen. I recommend Pedicorp to EVERYONE I know who is having a baby. My kids as well as myself have seen Dr. Fadakar, who recently retired, Dr. Duffy, Dr. Perks as well as the PA Liz and each visit has been more than satisfactory. The doctors are very knowledgeable and they CARE!!
I went here as a child with Dr. Flash, now my children go here. Excellent doctors and staff.
