Absolutely LOVE this place! Beautiful plants, flowers & anything Garden Related. Not a giant chain store where you have to chase down some help. Customer Service is AWESOME!
I called first thing in the morning and Monica answered. She was extremely pleasant and Accommodating. I was hoping to get flowers delivered to Hartford before 2:30 PM and she assured me that they were able to do that. Not only did the flowers arrive to my girlfriend at 12:30 but the arrangement looked absolutely beautiful. I will certainly be ordering flowers again from there and suggest everyone else to do the same.
I love butlers. They sell high quality garden materials and the owner is helpful and knowledgeable. I don't buy too many plants there at regular prices because they are on the high side but I buy most soil and other garden materials. The standard brands sold in the big box stores are not good quality anymore so it's worth buying stuff at Butlers. Plus they have great hanging planters and a cool Christmas shop.
