The quality of the product and the installation were both high quality. Woman who called me to schedule a time to come give us a quote was very rude. I told her my availability and all she said "yeah, that's not gonna work." All the other fence companies I have talked to have been able to facilitate my needs and schedule, so not sure why Hartford Fence can't. I'll be sure to never call them again.

The Hartford Fence Crew did an excellent job installing the wood fence in my backyard. I have a very steep hill and they installed the wood pickets individually and they look great. They did the entire job in a day and a half. I would definitely recommend them for fence installations.
We needed two eight foot sections on a steep slope added to complete our fence and these guys came highly recommended. After weeks and weeks of trying to figure if they wanted the small job i finally reached them and they came. The fence is good quality, installed correctly on one side but they did exactly what i specifically told them I did not want by doubling up on the 4X4 (putting one right next to another instead of tying it in to the existing one!) I called to express my dissatisfaction and he said his profit margin was so low on it he really didn't want to have to re-do. I'm sure if i pressed him they would have but i frankly didn't like the attitude. It's the installers I had a problem with and I t think he should have done it right. Bugs me every time i look at those goofy side by side 4X4's!
