The Home Depot is standard to the others within it's franchise, it does offer a large parking lot and handicap accessible entrance and parking.
I almost have a loss of words because I came in your West Hartford stores to purchase wood to replace some stairs outside. I meant one of your best, Damion, I was so impressed with his knowledge of the product but, not only that but the hospitality and the best customer service I have ever experienced since I’ve been going to Home Depot. I been going to the store for over 15 years and have never been greeted in such a way as that. I thought I was at Chick-Fila so, I went over there and bought him back breakfast. Damian should be a Manager and Trainer to teach his constituent how to WOW a customer. Although I live in Windsor, I will travel to West Hartford because of his phenomenal customer service
Dear Home Depot,
While recently making an purchase I witness the most horrible service to an elderly couple at this store location #6210 by an store associate named Shirley she spoke the customers so disrespectful and even walked away in the middle of the customers asking her for help. One of them was in a wheel chair and she said to another store associate " I know he's handicapped but is he retarded too" it hurt my soul to see her talk to someone like that especially an elderly, I tried to wait to speak to the manager about the situation but no one was available. I hope this review makes it to the office of DM or upper Store management as I will not return to this store after what Non customers service I witnessed

Worst customer service especially in the paint section hispanic fat lady with glasses had no intentions of helping. Didn't even try to acknowledge my presence and I was standing right in front of her and when she did didn't even greet me just had a annoyed look in her face.
