Terrible office. The time on their website, Google, and answering machine says that they are open Monday To Friday until 9;however when I called at 4.34 PM answering serice said we just left for the day, call us back tomorrow!
This office customer service is horrible. I had an appt scheduled for my daughter 2 months in advance, took the day off from work to take her and they cancelled the appt because there was no verbal confirmation. We were away on vacation and did not get back until the day before the appt. There is NOTHING on the website stating that this verbal confirmation is needed or the appt will be cancelled. There is information about the penalty you will pay if you do not show up but absolutely nothing about the appt confirmation. I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Horrible!!! I was told five times that "somebody will call you" to receive an allergy shot since my doctor visit. However, it is been over a month and I still don't receive any information from them. Every time I called them, somebody told me that "somebody will call you today". I am not sure if they are able to provide any service.
The Doctors are great but the Customer service is horrible!! They are not helpful or professional, they are rude, rush you and great treat you as if you should already know things and are stupid if you do not. They do not schedual your appointments properly. They will call you last min to cancel an appointment, if you are unavailable they will just leave a message with your new rescheduled appointment and assume you will get the message without ever speaking to you or calling back to confirm. But you are not allowed to cancel last min or miss an appointment because it will be held against you and if you miss 3 appointments they will no longer see you, even if they are at fault and they will not inform you of this!
