I recommend the California Pizza Kitchen, which in the mall.The entrance to this restaurant can be found right inside the main double mall doors that face South Rd(the same st.that Wendy's is located on. Wendy's faces that side of the mall.)When you visit the California Pizza Kitchen,please ask for Lamar,the manager. He is so nice ,and helpful, and professional, and efficient,and friendly,and sincerely nice.Lamar is a very good manager,and takes good care of his customers,and his staff as well!☆
A very nice mall. I LOVE the family restrooms. They make a huge difference when you are visiting with small children. I found two different family restrooms (there may be more) and they were each different. One had a child sized toilet and sink, while another had an adult and child toilet together. They also had a baby changing area with a built in sink. What a great idea! See photos.
Definitely one of the better malls I've ever been to. The stores tend to be a bit more upscale. The mall is always very well maintained. This mall doesn't seem to be suffering like many other malls nation-wide are. Most all of the storefronts are occupied. There is plenty of parking available for the most part, although during holidays and peak shopping seasons, you will be hard-pressed to find a spot. There is no formal food court here, food is available mostly near the various entrances.
It was fantastic. Very accessible parking. Mall is well kept and relatively upscale. I was able to check out their Santa with my 2 year old which included a flight academy play area that was great and at no cost!
I recommend the spring rolls and the pea soup that are found on the menu of The California Pizza Kitchen at Westfarms Mall. Yummy food!

Alot of teenagers from all over like to come here to gather with their friends,and to have a good time. The staff at Westfarms Mall keep the place very clean and maintained.The bathrooms are always clean.Down on the lower level, in the center of the mall,is the very popular and busy Starbucks.
The security at this mall is very,very clearly obvious and very plentiful.So you do have a feeling of being safe.
Nice place. I really enjoy to spend the time here. Good place for hang out your friends, family or with your boyfriend. There are too many stores and with good discounts sometimes.
Westfarms Mall is big! There is alot of walking from one end to the other end,but it is good exercise. In the winter,people come here just to walk inside the mall to get exercise.They are known to come early, before the stores are open.There are public buses that have Westfarms Mall on their route,which saves on trying to find a parking space on the weekends especially.During the winter holiday season, this mall becomes a crazy madhouse,it gets extremely very very busy early in the day.So be forewarned -Parking normally is spacious, yet,during the holidays, there is very few places to park at all.Unless you park across the street and then walk over.Even then,you might not be able to get a parking space.This mall is a crazy, chaotic madhouse during the holidays! So,again, please be forewarned that Westfarms, although a great mall and certainly has very spacious parking,becomes extremely very crowded and packed with people during the holidays.The stores are varied,and there is even The Disney Store for the kids upstairs.
