This salon is wonderful! The stylists are the friendliest people ever! The products are so natural and smell exquisite. They made sure I was happy with the colors. I will never go anywhere else!
I use to go to this salon a few years ago and had the awesome stylist, Erin. Erin is no longer there, but i went back as my previous experience was very positive. I'm biracial and my Isn't very thick, but it is sometimes challenging. I had a keratin treatment done almost a year ago and dyed my hair back to it's orginal color, Black. I understand that there were chemicals in my hair from before and Aveda is an eco friendly salon, but the treatment I received received from thr female owner of the salon was humiliating. The stylist (Taylor) was friendly, but suddenly things change. The female owner began asking what was in my hair. After my blow out, i was suppose to get my hair flat ironed, but the owner came up to me in front of the other customers and in front of the entire salon basically stating that the past chemicals in my hair gave the stylist a "massive headache". I apologize to the stylist, but informed the owner that her approach with me was unkind and unprofessional. She also indicated in an indirect way that i could not return until i find out what is my hair. I was the only customer of color there and felt somewhat targeted. The owner assured me that salon services all people. In all honesty, I'm not very sensative and i see the best in most people, but this experience was unsettling . I normally just use pure cocunut oil and any treatment in my hair was done months ago. Also, I had the keratin treatment before and had been to aveda salon afterwards, but I was never treated this way. So sad and disappointing. I thought everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, but I don't think this owner feels the same. So unfortunate as I love Aveda's products and what the company represents.
I had my hair cut and styled for the first time. I love the cut that he created. My hair was way too long and no longer looking good.
Quality service in a clean professional atmosphere. I’ve been a client for more than 3 decades and highly recommend this salon.
The salon itself was very nicely designed , especially in the waiting area. The staff was friendly and very professional in appearance. Most of all my hair cut came out fabulously. I will be back for my next cut soon.
I've been coming here since I moved here ten + years ago and would never go anywhere else. My hair always looks fantastic (compliments from strangers level) and they treat you like gold. They should seriously teach classes on customer service. My mom and daughter come now too.
