our experience was excellent with renting a Van to make our way down to Pinehurst, NC as we had car troubles and needed to leave our own Van behind so we transferred all the items to the rental van...we were in and out quickly with an air-conditioned van which was great to return home with ....thank you Sharisse M. I usually have a braked and released. I had mentioned to the rep that helped me that the maintenance required light was on and he told me it was nothing, it just could not be reset. I do not think that is so since I did not feel safe with this shaking car. I guess it was just a bad car.
