Worst experience!!! Paid top dollar for furniture and delivered damaged pieces it has been a year but issue still not resolved yet. In addition They use horrible delivery company who has no respect for personal properties! My sales person has poor costumer service and only concerns about his commissions. Don't use this company you will get a lots of stress and grief.

Worst furniture buying experience EVER. Paid top dollar for an recliner that doesn't work correctly (won't close, must stand up and slam it closed with your foot and then it pops back open). Got the run around from the store for months - with them basically saying we were making it up. Would NEVER waste my time at this over priced store lacking customer service.
We bought a beautiful Hancock & Moore sofa from CT Home Interiors and couldn't be happier. The price was the best we found anywhere. We had purchased a Hancock & Moore recliner at a different store and they had marked the color wrong. Thank God the salesman at CT Home Interiors recognized the leather sample from the chair we brought with us and knew the color wasn't what the other store stated. He matched it for us and the sofa he ordered was a perfect match. The delivery was awesome too. We had a death in the family and the needed the delivery earlier in the morning and they came even a little before we expected which was perfect. We would highly recommend this store. The whole process was seamless.
