I don't know because He thinks all people who living in Hartford is ghetto or I am not White like him.
Ok..One of the guy who is working there told me "Why are you using West Hartford library?"Basically He told me go Hartford one.
Easy access to computer and great customer service.
I visited there because of my house is right next to there but my address is Hartford.
My daughter love going to this library' ... And the emploees are very polite..
So I am thinking this library people might be racist.
Really a lot of fun for your toddlers. Easy parking and no hassle.
