One of the best public library in New England.
Been coming here since we moved to West Hartford in 1987 and our kids were 5 and 4. We would sit on the floor in the children's section, wiling away a Saturday afternoon reading book after book. That experience certainly led to their curiosity about the world and their future success. And my granddaughters are having the same experiences. Great family time in a nourishing atmosphere. I still visit to pick up a book, browse the stacks, or sit and read. Magical place.
They are the most helpful and friendliest staff ever.. Great well cared for materials too
