Had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Arriving at 8:56 for a 9:00 appointment we were greeted with "oh, well you're early." An estimated 2-3 hour appointment took 4 1/2+ hours , with the groomer and cashier both going to the back without any recognition of error or apology for a lack of service. The casher audibly voiced "they're here and they're mad "while walking to the back, leaving our transaction open at the register for another co-worker to manage. While our dog looked wonderful, I was left questioning the employees understanding of customer service and their purpose of employment.
This was our first time trying this groomer. Our dog is a Maltese and Yorkshire terrier mix. She can be fussy about grooming especially brushing. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an extremely friendly staff, who had already memorized our dog's name . They took great care of her an managed to do an amazing job grooming our fussy puppy. She came out happy and calm and more beautiful than before. The groomer did exactly what we asked for at a reasonable price. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
Not only does Astro love the amazing table of treats but he also really liked getting groomed. A family owned store that makes you feel like family.
Terrible grooming experience, took my 6 month old puppy for his first grooming experience there. The groomer was very unfriendly. She berated my puppy and told me how terrible he was and how he unable to stay still and was unable to get anything done. Completely forgetting it was his first time getting groomed. She then proceeded to shave my puppy down to nothing after requesting a trim. Then went to go pick my puppy up to hear him barking and crying from the outside. Shook the whole way home and noticed a excessive amount of blood coming from his right leg to find a botched nail job that split his nail down the middle. That took me hours to get the bleeding to stop. Once home he didn't touch his food that night and spent the night curled up in a ball shaking. Wouldn't recommend that particular groomer after my first and last visit there.
$10 nail grinding right now - cheaper than Petco but what's even better is the nice, happy atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and the stores smells like an actual delicious bakery. The treats are adorable and they have tons of cute products to spoil your doggies. So much better than the sterile, uninviting experience at Petco. Highly recommend!
