Great place, they got our big party in without reservations. Food was great, waitress was awesome. Would definitely go back.
When you go to out to dinner at the cheesecake factory you expect excellent service and great food. The food was great but the service was lacking. The manager was nice enough to comp our deserts but even the cheesecake with strawberry's fell short too. 3 slices of pinkish white unripened strawberry's is not acceptable to me. The best food does not taste good when the service is very poor.
The food here is good, but I've never had anything that was truly outstanding. However it's a great place to go with group of people, because the menu is enormous and if you can't find something that you like here, then you probably can't find anything anywhere you might go. The service is friendly, prices are reasonable for what you get. There's almost always a wait on a weekend evening. I would really prefer to give this three and a half stars, but that's not an option so we'll go with four. This is definitely not a bad place, but there are many better restaurants in the immediate area. Parking can be tricky here, but that's true for anything in blue back or West Hartford Center.
At nothing in stock and machines broken when there this week. The group ate at different times and wait staff was unhelpful in resolving their shortfalls.
Visited your restaurant on 12/21. We were a party of 21. We waited quite a while to get our orders in especially since I was #20. I ordered gluten free hamburger med /well and it was so burnt when it arrived. Was sent back and after 20 minutes it arrived back at the table. The bun was now black but I attempted to eat it. If I had sent it back the whole party would have already left. This was a celebration for my future daughter in law graduating from the police academy. Sorry to say you won't see me back at your restaurant I was hoping to bring them there for their engagement party
