Horrible external service. I've called multiple times, on multiple days and the system won't allow me to speak to a live person. The one time the phone finally range, it hung up after 1 beep.
Met with Travel consultant Yannick G. Most helpful agent and her services were by far the best I have ever experienced at any of the AAA facilities! She provided us with exceptional service, described travel plans, and went out of her way to follow up with my husband and I with several other travel options and pricing packages. Her motivation to meet our travel needed were surpassed. I have used AAA for numerous trips; Yannick was by far the most helpful and professional travel agent. I will be using her services again.
Poor training in systems and customer service are this branch's weak spot. Unmotivated employees drive unnecessary wait times, then lack of system training leads to being passed from counter to counter for a simple purchase of amusement park tickets. After all, they failed to tell those waiting that it was cash only due to card readers not working. Sorry, but I'm not giving into their ATM fees after all that. The AAA in Hamden is MUCH more responsive.
Called to have a flat changed when the driver arrived he said your not on the street u said you were on,(mind you I was at the corner of the street ). After waiting for another 15minutes I explained to the driver that my sister in law and I we're headed to an appt with a funeral home director, my sister in law had past away a few days ago and we would appreciate if he could change the tire so we could get going,he not until he finished his paper work. Then when he finally got out of the truck we got to see his full moon and never once made any attempt to pull up his pants. If that wasn't enough he told me that it was his birthday and he shouldn't be working anyways. So I said to him again can u please just change the tire so we can get the funeral home. He says u guys are adults no need for you to be upset, and the his mother in law died a few months ago and that he wasn't as upset as we are. I am done with AAA when my membership is done
