My wife and I just returned from a 14 day excursion to Thailand and Cambodia thru Liberty Travel West Hartford, Ct. Everything went so perfectly and was so well planned I cant imagine why I Have been booking trips online!! Never again!!
Our travel agent was Lauren Lavallee. Her service was impeccable she even emailed us when there was a flight change to be sure we were aware of it.
I worked with Liz for me and my fiancés honeymoon. She was great with offering plenty of resource. However, once we put our deposit we didn't hear from her until 2 days before the full payment was due. She said she would provide slips for us to provide guests to contribute but never got back to me. I communicated and heard nothing for over a month but to be told oh you owe the full amount. That was very unprofessional and I am not pleased at all.
