The wait staff is excellent also, very courteous, and they really understand the menu, unlike some places.
This is not an inexpensive place to eat, but it's a bargain considering the quality of service and food.
I came here with my family for their Monday night special with the 3 course menu. We were able to find parking right out front easily and were seated right away. I would recommend reservations since the place filled up very quickly. We all got the lobster with filet and some cocktails and wine. The server was extremely friendly and the manager came over to our table as well to greet us. It was beautiful inside and an extremely pleasant visit. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because all the filet mignon came out almost well done when everyone at the table ordered medium and for the price I'd hope it would be the right temperature. But highly recommended.

We visit Flemings' annually in West Hartford for business. We have never been disappointed....excellent food and quality service. I have also visited other Flemings' in Naples, FL, and Farmington Hills, MI consistent quality.
I'm not always impressed with high-end chains like this, but this was excellent. The steaks were seasoned properly, cooked properly, and were high-quality. The desserts we had or homemade, and tasted like it, they were delicious and very fresh. Vegetables for served properly cooked.
Best steak I have ever had. Worth the 50$ for the 8oz.
Food was great. The staff was NOT. Took 10 minutes after receiving my entree to get my fries. The staff shows preferential treatment to the Fancier dress and the drunks and those they think are better than my wife and I because of their socioeconomic status and wealth. Disgusted completely. If you are a snob you will love it there. If you aren't wearing a suit or fancy jewelry you will probably get the same 2nd rate treatment my wife and I received. The waiter was great or it would be 1 star.
